Statement

Background

Kliks GPS tracker supports tracking of trips automatically and manually with high accuracy based on GPS locations.

Tracked trips can be easily captured in real time and submitted by users for reimbursement.

Calculates trip statistics based on recorded GPS tracks (Display total trip time, traffic stops not accounted, start / stops precisely noted, trip map displayed).

Approach

Daily Standup

Decided to meet daily for 10-20 mins daily to update on regular basis, to discuss findings and blockers.

Research & Analysis

We did all the proof concepts needed to do upfront and implemented in the project successfully.

Pure Agile

We have used Agile approach and divided the whole project in 2 Weeks sprints. Every sprint was functionality based which we could test in simultaneous and deliver to the client as adhoc builds.

Quality Analysis

QA is a must whilst team is developing class apart and a quality product which involves Maps, GPS and tracking. Team was involved in multiple layers of Testing. To pass through the final hurdle, team involved in parallel testing with client using real iOS and Android devices.

Submission

Post successful QA, observing satisfactory and accurate results. We went ahead and have submitted the app to the Google play and App stores with the final nod of Kliks Team.
